Finding the right carer for your loved one can be a massive headache but it doesn’t have to be. We understand that whoever you choose needs to fit in seamlessly with your family and be someone who they enjoy spending time with.
At Freedom, we do things a little differently. We don’t expect you to pick the right Carer out of a pile of CVs and we take the time to get to know you and your family so we can suggest candidates who can fit into your lives. We appreciate that one size doesn’t fit all and we know that you and your families happiness has to be the top priority. We’ll find out your priorities and the things that matter most to you and we’ll never send you options which aren’t appropriate.
We have vetting in place so you know your family will be in good hands and you don’t have to carry out time-consuming checks yourself. The company has been established since 2001 and we have the experience and knowhow to make the process go smoothly.
We can recruit the following types of carers for your family:
- Part Time
- Full Time
- Weekend
- Holiday
- Maternity leave
Once you recruit a Carer with us, you’ll also get access to our flexi care service (saving over £100 on registration) so we can arrange cover if your carer is sick or on holiday.
