Hampshire Social Care Support Services

Freedom provides a range of support services to Local Authorities or families in Hampshire.

Our targeted work covers universal, early help and high-level need or protection. We use a task centred approach designed to help children, young people, carers, and parents to achieve specific, measurable, and achievable goals.

Our support services are uniquely designed, to provide specialist one to one advice and practical support on a range of development needs and complex issues.

We operate in Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Winchester, Chichester, Salisbury and Andover.

We use a collaborative approach and work holistically in partnership with other agencies and evaluate our services through measurable social work practice models. To find out more information, please get in touch.
