Care Staff Recruitment

Elder Care Staff Recruitment

At Freedom we employ all our staff directly, they are all interviewed in person and have detailed inductions covering our policies and procedures. Each member of our team would carry photographic identification once they have undergone our on boarding process. Our staff receive regular supervision, training, and development opportunities, including group workshops and case reviews. We have staff that have worked for us for many years and pride ourselves on our friendly can-do attitude!

For us, in our industry recruitment isn’t just adding a member to the team, it’s about welcoming someone into the Freedom family. Our interview and induction process is a perfect blend of process and a personal approach.
