Staff Training

All staff working for Freedom are required to be committed to their own professional development. On commencement of work all staff would be expected to work towards our minimum standards and would be monitored and assessed throughout their probationary period. Our staff benefit from both internal and external training opportunities.

In addition to this training, we also hold regular workshops with our staff to ensure we are supporting them in their roles. We also develop additional specific training opportunities for the diverse needs of our clients.
